By using this website or the assessment (together, the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What the App is
The App generates an educational, AI-assisted longevity nutrition report based on the information you provide, applying the ten-foundation framework from The Ascension Diet: Already Whole. It is designed to build your awareness of areas of nutrition science that may be relevant to you.
This is not medical advice
The App and your report are educational only. They are not medical advice, health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no food, nutrient, or supplement described in your report is a cure or treatment for any medical condition. Always consult a qualified health practitioner about any health concern, medication, or before making changes to your diet.
AI-generated content
Your report is produced with the assistance of an AI language model applied to the information you provide. Like any AI system, it can occasionally make mistakes or generate inaccurate statements. Use your judgement, and check anything important with a qualified professional.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase a report. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter - your report is only as useful as the input it's based on.
Payment and refunds
Reports are paid for in advance and delivered automatically once payment is confirmed. Because the report is generated and delivered instantly as digital content, we don't offer refunds once it has been generated, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If something's gone wrong on our end - for example, a technical fault meant you didn't receive your report - contact support@ascensiondiet.com and we'll sort it out. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Repeat use
You're welcome to generate more than one report over time. If you request a report using the same email address more than twice within 30 days, we'll show a prompt asking you to confirm - this is because new habits generally take well beyond a month to embed, so a fresh report in that window may add less value than sticking with what you're already working on.
Intellectual property
The App, its content, the ten-foundation framework, and your generated report are protected by copyright. © 1970 Personal Health Leadership Pty Ltd. All rights reserved. Your report is provided for your own personal, non-commercial use - please don't republish or redistribute it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Personal Health Leadership Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on your report, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the App evolves. The current version will always be available at this page.
